“バッグ本体は、ガーナの家族農家によって生態学的に収穫されたラフィア（ラフィア椰子の植物の葉を加工して作られた素材）が使われており、持ち手には、ベジタブルタンニン（天然植物から抽出したタンニンを使用してなめされた皮）、巾着型の裏地にはオーガニックコットンや麻が使用されている。”
“「私たちはAAKSを通じて、地域に雇用を提供しています。若い世代に伝統技術を受け継がれ、それらを守っていくことができれば、人々の大きな収入源に繋がるなど、地域社会に大きな影響を与えることができます。ブランドが芸術としてさらに発展し、手織り技術の需要と存続に何らかの形で貢献できることを願っています」”
