インターン企画 “100% in Ghana”〜ガーナのショコラティエを招いたオンラインイベント
バレンタインといえばチョコレート、チョコレートといえばガーナ、というほどに、ガーナはカカオの産地として非常に有名です。そのガーナで、カカオ原料の輸出に止まらずチョコレートの最終生産までを手がけるショコラティエ達が存在します。Proudly from Africaでは、３ブランドのチョコレートを取り扱っています（’57 Chocolate / BIOKO Treat / MIDUNU）。
この度、そんなメイドインガーナ・チョコレートの魅力を発信しようと、新たに学生インターンプロジェクトが発足しました。

様々な課題を抱えるアフリカのカカオ産業。 そんな中、国内で付加価値を高めようと奮闘するガーナのチ ョコレート生産者の存在を知り、ガーナの方々が作り出す高 品質なチョコレートが正当に評価されるための、情報発信をしようという思いで 100% in Ghana は始まりました。
